Earmould Tubing Threader – used to pull tubing through a mould
Earmould Tubing Threader
Use to pull pre-tapered tubing through a mould.
Only to be considered by very experienced users: Cut the tubing ear mould end to give a tapered end. Push the threader through the ear mould from the tip to the top. Thread the tubing through the threader 5mm or so. Pull the threader steadily and firmly through the ear mould until the tubing emerges. Pull the tubing through to the correct position PLUS a little bit further. Cut the tubing at the tip. Pull the tubing back the correct position. Cut the other end to fit your ear.
