Delivery/Postage Costs

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class / Air Mail 1st. Tracked and recorded items will need to be signed for on receipt. Delivery time is normally that accepted as normal – that is 1-3 days to the UK, and up to 15 days elsewhere. Tracking info can be requested.
Returns are accepted up to 28 days after receipt so long as the item is unopened and it’s original condition. Domes and other personal items cannot be returned if opened. We will refund the cost in full once the item is returned to our office. This does not affect your statutory rights.

£1.95: Items under £50 posted in the UK.
£5.95*: Items £50 and over, posted in the UK (tracked and insured).

£12.95*: Items posted in the EU and Europe (tracked and insured).
£16.95*: Items posted to all other locations.

If your order is of very high value and / or heavy in weight we may contact you to request an additional payment or cancel / refund your order.
